It is a limited edition sake made once every four years from 29% polished Gohyakumangoku rice. I'm glad I managed to get my hands on it and drink it!
The taste is smooth at first, but once in the mouth, the sweetness and acidity combine to create a mellow flavor.
Once you start drinking it, you can't stop!
