うちあーの
Short-stalked Watabune is said to be the son of Omachi and the father of Yamada-Nishiki. This rare sake is made by only about 10 breweries in Japan, and has a mellow aroma and a sharp taste.
Although it is a junmai daiginjo, it is an eco-friendly sake with flat rice polishing unique to Tamanomitsu Shuzo.
Tamanomitsu Shuzo was founded in 1673, the same year as Mitsukoshi, which was founded in the same year, and they are planning a 350th anniversary collaboration project.
