This is a new sake of 2023BY, which won the Champion Sake award in the SAKE category of IWC (International Wine Challenge) in 2023, the top of 1601 brands entered in the competition, and is called the standard sake of Kuroemon Jugendai!
The back label reads, "It is whispered that Miyamanishiki strikes back. The label on the back of the bottle reads, "Miyamanishiki strikes back." The rice has been changed to contract rice grown by Asparamaru in Chowa-machi, Nagano Prefecture, and the bitterness and astringency of Miyamanishiki is expressed cohesively with refreshing acidity and sweetness, which raises expectations.
It has a slightly yellowish color and a creamy, lactic-acid-derived top-fragrance. The taste also gives the impression of a very refined sake made from the original brewing process, and the charm of Miyamanishiki is brought out in a perfect balance!
