Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. Nemuchi-san's recommendation.
It has a rich sweet taste like honey. The second half is a bit spicy. It is sweet at the entrance, but not too sweet in total.
I also feel a little minerality.
I prefer it to the Malmouth Yonezuru Midori I drank in the past.
I didn't feel it when I drank it at the tasting, but there are glimpses of maturity. I wonder if it is an individual difference or if it has been aged in the refrigerator at home.
After a few days, I got used to the taste or the taste has settled down and I don't care about the maturity 🤔.
After drinking this after Hakuryu, I feel it is quite sweet and tasty!
