マグロ漁船
Vaguely remembered series part 2
The first brand. Toyokuni from Fukushima prefecture.
The color and the design of the label and the bottle are beautiful.
If it were a CD, I would buy the cover.
There is not much of an aroma that rises up.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a habitual aroma which is not good for Junmai-shu.
It also has a sweetness and a sticky taste of rice.
It has the aroma and mouthfeel of the cheapest sake you can get at an izakaya.
I tried mixing the lees and drinking only the supernatant, but the impression remained the same.
The aftertaste was rather dry.
Unlike the impression on the label, this is a very classic type of sake.
When I paired it with sushi, I didn't mind the habit so much anymore.
I guess it depends on how you drink it.
