ねむち
Mie Sake Party (5)
Hayakawa Sake Brewing Department, Tenichi and Tenkei booths.
This is another brand that has never been seen in Osaka. There is no place in Kinki prefecture that sells it. It is said that the amount of production is very small.
◉Tenichi Junmai
The rice used for this sake is Kami no Ho. It has a sourness and a slightly tangy taste that lingers on the palate.
I forgot to take a picture...
Tenkei Junmai Ginjo
A complex, unrefined sake with a bitter and sour aftertaste.
Tenkei Junmai Daiginjo
Lime-like minerality and weak acidity. A little punchy, loose and refreshing.
I wish I had tasted more of it, because later I saw in the pamphlet that there was also a sweeter version.
Mie Prefecture is home to the Hayakawa Shuzo brewery of Tamitsu and the Hayakawa Sake Brewing Department of Tenichi and Tenkei, so this will be a test.
