Sake Mirai is a sake rice developed by Takagi Shuzo, the brewer of Jyushiyo.
It tastes like Jyushiyo, but not quite 😅.
The aroma was like ripe fruit, and there was almost no sweetness. It tasted like ripe fruit and had almost no sweetness, but it had the umami of rice and was clean and crisp. The 16% alcohol might have been a little harsh 💦.
