Tsugi松
Sake from Fukushima Prefecture. It is brewed with a variety of sake rice from Aizu.
Unlike the usual Roman, it has a milder aroma and taste. It's perfect as a mid-meal sake, and it's also good hot.
The name "Dajyu" is said to be used in the dialect of Minami-Aizu, like "Umee Dajyu".
