A lightly colored sake.
The aroma is gorgeous, with a hint of apple-like fruit and a sweet scent like a white egg.
The taste is more robust than the aroma, with a gentle mouthfeel followed by astringency and acidity.
When it is heated up, the gorgeous aroma is suppressed and the taste is well balanced between sweetness and acidity.
If you are drinking it with a meal, I prefer it heated.
