My favorite producing soil! I especially love Yamada Nishiki, and this is its San-no Nishiki.
It is stable and delicious, with an exquisite minerality and the gorgeous flavor of Yamadanishiki.
It also has an acidity that makes it easy to drink, and I finished it in two days.
