Seasonal product of Masamune Instrument Masamune. Junmai Ginjo made with Omachi grapes. The aroma of muscat, banana, and pear, as well as the sweet aroma of rice powder and wasanbon, is rich in character. In the mouth, it has a moist and smooth texture. The brewer recommends "squid sashimi with salted kabosu", "fried sweetfish", and "comte cheese", all of which are refreshing dishes that remind us of early summer.
