Takatsugu
The first day of a major holiday weekend. Sawanoi, which I haven't had in a while. The first bottle of Junmai Dai-harakuchi Nama-shu was opened.
I took a sip with trepidation at the name "Dai-harakuchi" (very dry). It is a beautiful sake with a fresh aroma and a clear, clean acidity that cuts through quickly. Perhaps it is because it is a nama-shu, but the soft and refreshing taste makes it perfect as a mid-meal drink.
The large dry sake is only available seasonally, but it is one that I would like to drink as a regular. Delicious: ‼️
