Delicious!
It has a light yet elegant and gorgeous aroma that is not too assertive, with hints of muscat, lemon, and a hint of passion fruit, and the flavor and mildness of Gohyakumangoku spread gradually.
This is an excellent sake with no waste and very well balanced.
I would like to try many other sake from the Kazuma Brewery! I would like to try many other sake made by the Kazuma Brewery.
Lately, I have been so busy that I have only been able to buy sake that I can buy at the supermarket, and I have not been able to find any sake that I find delicious, so I have gradually drifted away from sake.
