Coincidentally, since New Year's, sake from Tochigi Prefecture has been on the list. My son bought it with "Shinmasa", but for some reason "Shinmasa" didn't come. (😅😅
When I put it in my mouth with a sharp aroma, I feel a slight gassy sensation. Is it because it is an unfiltered sake? The sourness and sweetness are exquisite. But it is a very crisp sake with no lingering aftertaste.
