This is the second one I got on a recent expedition to Asahikawa.
It is a bottle of Sanzen from Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture.
Yamada-Nishiki 55% was recommended.
When I drank it, it tasted fruity and tropical. It is normally delicious, but the alcohol content is a little high at 17%, so you feel you are getting drunk faster.
It is sweet, so it is good for an evening drink.
However, it may not be suitable as a food drink.
It also has a sour taste, so it is suitable for summer.
