With only one day left of Golden Week, I want to drink good sake. So, here is the back label of Sakunohana.
As is typical of summer sake, it has a fresh taste with a slightly carbonated, chili-like sensation. The sweetness of the rice is also rich and delicious with a rummy flavor. I was expecting it to be a bit drier, but it is a refreshing sake that is perfect for this time of year.
