I will take this one that I purchased on my summer history trip 😋.
It feels much fresher since it is after drinking San Kwan. I think it has more sweetness and acidity than Yamadanishiki. It is just a little 😓.
There was a nice popping sound when the bottle was opened. It still has a schwarziness after 6 months 😋.
I still like this kind of sweet sake with a moderate alu feel.
And this Kame-no-o is from Sakura City, but it seems to be the one used for Senkou 👀.
The accompaniments were roast beef and roast pork from Kazuya, a butcher store in Shimizu. The roast beef here is ridiculously delicious 😭.
