Shinshu Travels (4) The last day in Nagano Prefecture Let's have a Genghis Khan party! So... I didn't feel any peculiar smell or peculiar taste at all, so I just gobbled it up! Especially the mutton ribs were excellent! I felt the fat was delicious for the first time in a long time. The sake to go with it was a fresh bottle of Daisetsukei sake! It was a refreshingly dry and cool sake that did not interfere with the sweetness of the meat, making it a reliable accompaniment. Let's come back to Nagano Prefecture!
