At the brewery, we were served a rare aluzome spec for the Miyazumi/Sharaku brand. It has an elegant ginjo aroma, and while it retains the fruity character of Miyazumi, the overall taste is clean and well-balanced, making it a versatile wine that goes well with any meal. I felt it had the advantages of Aruzoe. I regret that I should have bought more, but I will come back again. ‼︎
