On a trip to Sendai There happened to be a sake festival called "Sake and Nishi Park". I thought it was the best among several kinds of sake! (I bought it for my wife on the occasion of Father's Day. 720ml 1,980 yen (including tax) + 1,210 yen for cool delivery) Nigori-nama-zake. I love nama-zake, but it is so thick and sweet that it stays in my mouth for a while. This definitely has sugar in it. I'll be a repeat customer. (Maybe not necessarily for sashimi due to its sweetness? (Maybe not necessarily for sashimi due to its sweetness, but for cured ham or Italian food? (It would go well with cured ham or Italian food.)
