This was my first time to drink ONKYO collaboration sake.
Bouken-san got excited when he found it and got even more excited when he drank it🤣It has a good balance of sweetness, umami, and bitterness, and is extremely delicious 😋.
I think Katanozakura and Akirika are my two top choice for Osaka sake.
I keep vaguely wishing they would unify the use of Katano Sakura and Katano Sakura 🤣.
