On a trip to Toyama, I entered a craft beer store that was busy with regular customers for its 6th anniversary event. One of the regulars told me about the outrageous price of sake in Taiwan, so he went back to his house nearby and brought me some for the day (thanks a lot 🥰).
The taste is clean and smooth, with a soft and delicate sweetness and acidity that goes down your throat. Slightly tangy and slightly effervescent, with a fruity and lactic acid beverage aroma that is fruity and fruity, maybe perfect for summer.
It was a blissful taste of sake that we were graciously invited to enjoy........
