It is a liqueur, not sake. It seems to be made by soaking coffee beans in pure sake and aging them. The message "For those of you who are tired of the ordinary" attracts me.
The aroma is coffee itself. It has a coffee-like burnt, bitter and sweet taste, and matches with ice cream for dessert (4th photo).
