The bottle was opened with a spontaneous sound 😄.
As the bottle label says, it has a fizzy and tangy feeling. The aftertaste is silky and smooth, with a hint of sourness and umami. The minerality...I honestly don't know😅.
As the day goes by, the sourness is only in the aroma, not so much in the taste, and the peachiness comes out and it's sweet 😋.
I think it's a good sake to enjoy the taste change in a few days instead of drinking it all right away 😊.
