This is my second summer dobro this year.
The first bottle was not alone, so I could not post it. Thinking it would be gone, I went to my usual liquor store and found a small amount left at the bottom of the fridge, so I bought it.
It has been a long time since I have had active nigori. It took about 5 minutes to open the bottle.
As usual, I started with the supernatant. The lactic acidity and bitterness come in full force.
When the shwashiness subsides, I mix the nigori and have another glass. The sweetness is added and it is like yogurt.
As always, this is a great bottle for summer.
I keep it in the refrigerator, but the temperature is a little too high and it doesn't get very crispy.
