Today, we will drink sake from Nagano Prefecture.
Nishinomon is the main brand of Yoshinoya in Nagano City.
Purchased at a roadside station in Obuse during a Shinetsu roadside station tour.
The aroma is a weak apple-type ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is sweet with a mild acidity. The bitterness comes at the end, so the sweetness does not linger and is well balanced.
We are grateful to have found a good sake.
