はかたサバスキー
This is the 42nd prefecture on the way to conquering all 47 prefectures.
The sake rice is Yumesansui, a crossbreed of Yamadanishiki. It seems to be produced in Yamanashi and Aichi.
Polishing ratio 57%.
The top aroma is clear and elegant, reminiscent of muscat. It evokes the image of Yamanashi, a grape-growing region.
The mouthfeel is just as impressive.
The taste is refreshing and clear, but it is not light, and the umami of the rice can also be felt.
It is neither sweet nor dry, and is sure to be well-liked by everyone.
I enjoyed it while remembering the scenery of Yamanashi Prefecture, where I often went for a drive when I used to live in Tokyo.
Thank you very much for your hospitality.
