This is my first time at Tamitsu in a year.
This is the first time for me to drink raw sake.
The nose is fruity and sweet.
In the mouth, juicy acidity and sweetness with the umami of Omachi.
It tastes as good as ever, but I wonder why it felt fresher than last year's bottle-fired 🤔.
Is my memory wrong? 🤔
