ふくやまはさまる
Sake that is not too sweet so it does not interfere with meals and does not bore the drinker.
Honjozo sake with a rice polishing ratio of 60%.
The label is a hanafuda design "chrysanthemum and sake cup" (September).
It is dry but has an elegant aroma and roundness.
Seems to go well with seafood.
