I've been seeing it a lot lately at Sake-no-Wawa, so I thought I'd try it.
I wanted to try it.
I was told that the aroma, acidity, and umami are in harmony with each other.
Autumn flavor, with a subtle whiff of
sourness and light sweetness spreading.
I drank it cold at first.
But when I warmed it up a little in the second half, the umami flavor spread out.
