いーじーI bought it at the Kyushu Sake Brewery Biraki at Hakata Station, which was held until the day before yesterday. Rain was forecasted, but it did not fall that hard.
Cold sake.
Banana-like aroma.
Characteristic acidity. Refreshing, yet easy to drink with a good amount of umami.
The aftertaste is normal.
I had it with sashimi.
Recommended for sake beginners.
