Chestnut aroma with a slight aftertaste
When served with liver, the mildness of the sake combined with the leanness of the liver makes the heaviness of the alcohol disappear and makes it easy to drink.
When the temperature drops, the sweetness becomes stronger.
This may be my favorite heated sake.
