Slightly hoppy aroma. Silky gasiness, slightly pinkish light nigori. Slightly sweet, slightly bitter...a little astringent, then rich in flavor.
Juicy fruitiness...lychee-like sweet and sourness and grapefruit-like bitterness are refreshing. The astringent taste, perhaps because it is made from hops, is also impressive.
It is a strange taste that I have never tasted before... It is easy to drink and makes you want to drink more 😚.

Hi Jay & Nobby 🐥I went through it in the spring and was disappointed that it was sold out for a while, but the clerk assured me that it will come in periodically! I'm looking forward to the July arrival 😉 It has a casual taste and went well with dumplings and pizza 😋.
