It is the first time to drink A-sakura. It is the sake which had become interested from before, but designer, Yukinoff design
I was attracted by the wonderful label that Mr. Yuki Tsujimoto and the A-sakura Sake Brewery collaborated on and bought it.
This is a collaboration between Fukuhibiki, a new rice variety born in Akita, and AKITA Yukiguni Yeast UT-1. This sake has a gorgeous aroma and a light sourness, and is made without heating, which is rare for A-sakura. The aftertaste is also a little tingly. It's very cosy.

I've never had Hananouka Fuzoro before 😀 I'll have to check it out again! Expensive and tasty sake is good, but unfamiliar and cosy sake makes me happy😁.
