The pleasant, slightly effervescent taste and ultimate sweetness of rice fills the mouth.
It is delicious with a meal or on its own. Personally, I think it goes great with bitter green tea ice cream.
I wondered where the sake came from, and it turns out to be Hana-no-Kou Sake Brewery. All of the sake here is full of gentle sweetness.
I have found another good sake. No, this is not sake anymore, but rice juice that only adults can drink.
