Memorandum.
I went to a sake izakaya. There are too many kinds of sake, so I made my choice in the destination I want to visit now.
First, Otsuki, Yamanashi Prefecture.
Fuji, using melted snow water. It is soft to drink and has a strong flavor of rice.
This water is called "Gozensui," which is a historic water that was chosen by Emperor Meiji as the water he would carry with him when he went to Kyoto. It seems to be good for something.
