Today it will be Koshi.
It is a junmai daiginjo, which is rare for me.
As a commoner, I consciously avoid daiginjos because of their high price.
When I open the bottle, it has an apple-like aroma.
It is gorgeous.
There is a good amount of sweetness. The acidity is moderate.
It is not sharp, but the lingering sweetness is pleasant.
The alcohol content is 13%, so it is very easy to drink.
It is a beautiful Junmai Daiginjo-style sake with a good flavor when you taste it thoroughly.
The price was about 1,800 yen, so I think it was a good deal.
It was a very good sake.
