This winter limited edition sake boasts the highest specification of the Yoshidagura u series, made by polishing Hyakumangoku No Shiro to 30%, and is characterized by its "elegance, clarity, and minerality.
It has a mild fruity ginjo aroma reminiscent of white peaches and white grapes, and a very clear and refreshing impression with no cloying taste and a slight gassy feeling. The mild lactic acidity from modern Yamahai brewing enhances the elegant impression. As a pairing, it would be interesting not only with Japanese cuisine, but also as an alternative to white wine, such as with French amusements.
