It was cold with heavy rain, so it was served hot!
The strong flavor of the sake's raw yeast yeast is rounded out just right, making it very easy to drink.
It goes perfectly with the sweetness of kiriboshi-daikon (dried radish). It doesn't go well with carrot rapé at all. It goes moderately well with fried white meat with ume paste and well-cooked potatoes.
I was drinking it and it was empty in no time...evaporated?
