It is a strong, but one of the highest strength sake in the Yamahai brewing process.
The aroma is mild, but the sweetness, umami, and acidity are rich and well balanced. The impact of the flavor is emphasized as it does not linger too long.
When heated, the acidity disappears and the matured and rich sweetness spreads. I think I prefer it warmed.
