Tanaka Rokugo is a sake made by focusing on making Junmai-shu, a sake that can be used everyday with 65% polished rice.
When I visited Fukuoka, I was able to buy the collaboration product with MINOTAUR INST. and also the limited edition 6513.
Both of them are easy to drink, as Tanaka Rokugo's policy, they are refreshing without being boring and tiring to drink, but they have a strong flavor.
The 6513 is 13 degrees alcohol, so it is even easier to drink, but it is not lacking in flavor.
