Rainfall in Kanagawa. First brand name. I heard they used malic acid yeast. It smells exactly like ripe apples. It has sourness, sweetness, and bitterness... It has an apple-like flavor and is a solid sake. I am glad that this is not a strange kind of colorful sake. And above all, I am glad that it tastes good.
