Sake after a long time.
It's been a while since I've had a drink. I drank at home (lol).
I was so impressed with Yamazan's "light nigori" the other day that I opened a bottle of sake that I had stocked up on later.
As soon as I opened the bottle, the aroma hit me.
I am getting sharpened, right? (lol).
Transparent. Slightly greenish.
Slightly bubbly and unfiltered appearance.
Delicious and beautiful sake.
However, it did not impress me like a light nigori.
