デューク澁澤
☆
This is one of the two bottles I popped in at Suzuki Mikawaya before the holidays.
It is Wakaha Shuzo Hakushu (99th anniversary sake) from Okawa city in Fukuoka prefecture.
I had a rest day yesterday, so I came home and had a beer and then a sake.
It has a strong fruit aroma. (Pineapple❓)
When you put it in your mouth, it has a light sourness and a sense of gas.
And the melon! It was not a pineapple.
The alcohol is light at 12 degrees, but it has a richness and weight that makes it a quintessential memorial sake.
It is delicious.
I drank two cups today, so I look forward to the next time.
