This junmai ginjo-shu is made with 100% Kochi Prefecture "Gin-no-Yume", which is born from Yamadanishiki and Hinohikari, and Kochi Prefecture yeast #AC-95, and brewed with spring water from the Niyodo River system, and bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized!
The sweet aroma is reminiscent of fresh apples, pears, and bananas.
