しんじょうI am very much reminded by a certain Mr. Sakeran that I don't drink much nama-sake, and I am definitely a fire-aged person, but I do buy some brands that I like, like Chiyomusubi. I also buy some brands that are suitable for heating sake. This Chiyomusubi has a rich and mellow taste, but it's a little dry. It's easy to drink for me too! I had tasted it in Sakaiminato, so I bought it thinking it would be good for me, but I didn't heat it up at the time, so I heated it up again, and it goes well with it. It's not the kind of sake that's meant to be heated, but rather a more honest and powerful version of the original flavor. It goes well with a wide variety of dishes. I drank it with sushi rolls and sardines on Setsubun and it was great! Mr. Ota had a re-run of Naruto! I also buy Naruto sea bream raw sake! Mr. Ota also had a can of his masterpiece, Ginjo-nama-zake!

boukenGood evening, Shinjo-san 😃 I have the impression that Chiyomusubi has a high suitability for warmed sake even if it's a draft 😃By the way, Chiyomusubi and Naruto Tai will be at Hanshin Department Store this month if you have time 😉.

しんじょうGood evening. I think the warming effect is more apparent than with fire-roasted sake. I'd be willing to go if you bring some regular sake or something. I might have some free time at the end of the month, so I'd like to go check it out.

しんじょうThank you very much. I wish I could get the Honjozo. The Naruto sea bream honjozo is also very nice!
