The taste is dry, but the balance between umami and sweetness is very good.
It is very good at room temperature, and of course, it is also delicious warmed. Personally, I would recommend lukewarm heating. The label on the back of the bottle says it can be served cold or hot, but I think it should be served at the highest temperature. The higher the temperature, the drier the sake gets, but the fullness is reduced.
I am happy to buy this for 1,430 yen. I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer!
