It came up. When I bought it, the person at the brewery told me to be careful about opening the bottle: ⚠️
I was told to be careful when I opened the bottle.
Close it tightly immediately and wait for the anger to subside.
The bottle was opened successfully without overflowing in 5 to 10 minutes.
It has a lactic acidity with a sweet taste, and a gaseous, alcoholic, and cloudy roughness. It is dry.
The nigori doesn't give a coarse feeling, and the gas feeling is rough. We enjoyed it with grilled tuna and caprese.
Each of the five breweries has a lot of individuality. The sake from each of the five breweries is full of individuality, and there is plenty of variety. We are enjoying the sake.
