Hiroshima sake that I have never had before.
Next was Ryusei🐉.
I am ashamed to say that I had never even heard of it.
I was somehow attracted by the label, so I bought it.
It was last year's first shibori 😅.
You can't tell from the cute label, but it's quite a robust sake.
It has a sweetness, but the acidity and bitterness are a bit strong. But when paired with a meal, the overall taste is mellow.
The official website of the brewery says it goes well with Osechi cuisine, and I agree.
It is a wonder that the taste of sake changes when you eat food, as if your tongue changes.
