After having a recently opened bottle of Fuji Nishiki with tempura, sea bream sashimi and wasabi-pickled yam, I opened a chocolate gift and found Koshikoi and Fukuju. Then there was also some Kattokotan.
I have had Fukuju before, so I will record it as Koshikoi.
Surprisingly, it goes well with chocolate. It is not only a Western liquor, is it? If the chocolate melted in your mouth a little more, it would be quite tasty, wouldn't it? But I couldn't quite taste the liquor called Koshikoi!
